Publications

American Branch members receive numerous publications as one benefit of their membership. The ABILA Newsletter and the International Law Association Newsletter report on current American Branch and ILA news and also contain substantive features, such as reviews of international law publications.

The American Branch’s biennial Proceedings print American Branch committee reports and work product, along with the featured addresses delivered at International Law Weekend and regional International Law Weekends.

Panelists’ papers from International Law Weekend are published each year as the International Practitioner’s Notebook in an issue of the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law, which is sent to each member. Members also receive the Report of the biennial ILA conferences, which contains valuable studies by the various ILA committees.
