CLE Details for the 2026 ABILA Webinar Series
Please note CLE certificates of attendance will be issued for NY state only. If admitted in another jurisdiction, you may be able to independently apply for CLE credit in that jurisdiction using the NY certificate as proof of attendance. Please consult with your state’s CLE Board to ascertain regulations for your jurisdiction.

To receive CLE credit:
–Attend the live webinar on June 1st. Watching the recording will not count for CLE credit. The webinar reading materials are available below.
–Write down the CLE attendance code the moderator announces during the webinar. You will need the CLE attendance code to request CLE credit.
–Complete the CLE Attorney Affirmation form. The form will be emailed to you and is also available below.
–Complete a Program Evaluation form. The evaluation form will be emailed to you and is also available below.
