Committee Mandate
The International Humanitarian Law Committee engages in projects on current issues relating to international humanitarian law and the use of force, in order to foster awareness of and respect for the rules applicable to armed conflicts. To this end, the Committee organizes panels, including an annual panel at International Law Weekend, on current jus in bello or jus ad bellum issues, as well as engages in other projects such as drafting advocacy letters or white papers.
