Committee Mandate
The Law of the Sea Committee endeavors to sponsor at least one session devoted to law of the sea topics at the American Branch’s annual International Law Weekend. Depending upon member interests and contributions, the Committee may engage in advocacy, including urging US accession to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, and research and writing projects.
