Committee Mandate
Advance the discussion and analysis of international legal issues pertaining to the use of force broadly defined, including related arms control and non-proliferation initiatives and efforts to prevent recourse by states to the use of armed force, and; advance the discussion of scholarship in the field and conduct assessments of contemporary state practice.
