April 26, 2021 Posted by Madaline George ABILA Committee News

The American Branch is pleased to announce the formation of the Committee on the Legitimacy and Fundamental Principles of International Law, chaired by Professor Mortimer Sellers.

The Committee encourages and engages in projects seeking to strengthen the value and legitimacy of international law by identifying the fundamental principles that support and justify the international legal order, making practitioners more aware of their content, and identifying and promoting the justice of international legal institutions.

Members of the ABILA interested in joining the Committee or advancing its work should email Professor Mortimer Sellers at [email protected].
